INTRODUCTION

The Minisry of Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resources (MECCNR), is currently faced with the lack of dedicated office building. Currently the Ministry is occupying GIEPA Building along Kairaba Avenue on rental base.

The Client of this project is MECCNR, with MOTWI been the supervision body. The project was signed and commenced in April, 2019 at an amount of D77,709,702.50. The contractor for the said project is Lerr Group.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the project is to improve coordination and ensure more functionality in the discharge of the Ministry.
